6 weeks, 12 classes + playback

What to expect

​This program focuses on whole body, strength & conditioning. We will  develop specific skill, strength, and power requirements for traditional kettlebell moves, including the swing, the clean, and the Turkish get up. We will end each class by weaving these moves together into a fun and dynamic flow with the kettlebell.

Equipment you'll need

Ideally, 3 kettlebells total, BUT you can take this program with a minimum of two different weights: light & moderate.

Class Schedule

All classes take place on Zoom from 12pm-12:50pm EST.

Mondays & Wednesdays

Week 1: Mon 6/30 & Wed 7/2

Week 2: Mon 7/7 & Wed 7/9

Week 3*: Wed 7/16 & Fri 7/18

*Live classes for week 3 only will be Weds & Fri

Week 4: 7/21 & 7/23

Week 5: 7/28 & 7/30

Week 6: 8/4 & 8/6

Can't make it live? No problem! You can take this program with the class playback on your own time.
